Below is a list of the most common flavors/fillings. I will work with you on any flavors wanted that are not listed.  Any ingredients can be omitted or substituted.

Cake Flavor and Description

• Vanilla Pound - extremely versatile, lighter than standard pound cakes.

• Chocolate Devil’s Food - extremely versatile

• Carrot Cake - Standard carrot cake w/ pecans and coconut.

• Tropical Carrot Cake - Standard carrot cake w/ pineapple and raisins.

• Cinnamon - Vanilla Pound Cake w/ Saigon cinnamon & earthy spices.

• Coconut - Vanilla Pound Cake with coconut. 

• German Chocolate - Light chocolate cake flavored w/ German chocolate

• Lemon - Vanilla Pound Cake with lemon zest & flavoring.

• Pineapple - Same formula and density of the Carrot Cake – carrots substituted w/ fresh pineapple. Pecans are omitted.

• Strawberry - Vanilla Pound Cake w/ fresh strawberries.

• Buttercream

• Chocolate Ganache - Rich creamy chocolate truffle filling.
