I am a certified chef specializing in baking and pastry. Currently I do corporate cakes, wedding cakes, groom's cakes, birthday cakes and some catering on the side.

As many people experienced in the early millennium, jobs were tight, careers were being put on hold and many people suffered from the ".com" demise. Being in the field of web technology, I too, felt the pinch and that was when I discovered being in the kitchen acted as my own personal therapy, my own personal release. For me, this was just the fire I needed to go to school for something I loved – cooking.

Since graduating from Baltimore International College in 2004, I’ve had the privilege of establishing a decent client-base thanks to my employer (who, as it would surprisingly be, a healthcare technology company). There is much appreciation for a company who believes in my dreams and offers with little protest to serve as my guinea pig!  My special gratitude is endless!
